Pamper yourself

From time to time, your children expect that you go over the board to give them a treat whether it’s going out for an ice cream or allowing them to stay up late for a movie. Shouldn’t you also get a little something extra, every so often? This may be buying something special for yourself, going out to a show or sporting event, or going out to treat yourself with an ice cream. Moms need treats, too!

In advance, choose a couple of things you consistently look forward to doing and can realistically build into your schedule.

It’s a simple thing that can go a long way toward nurturing your mood and health.
