Founder & CEO

With over 15 years of experience as an edupreneur, Mr. Pranay Dattani has been committed to transforming traditional education through holistic, ability-based learning. Tickle Right was born out of his vision to offer meaningful alternatives that go beyond rote learning and focus instead on building lifelong skills.

Mr. Pranay believes education should nurture critical thinking, resilience, and perseverance from an early age-qualities that serve children far beyond the classroom. Eschewing conventional degrees and certificates, his programs are designed to offer something more valuable: the foundation for independent thought and future success.

Munira Saheb Dattani

Co-founder & CLO

Inspired by a science teacher who changed her life, Ms. Munira always knew she wanted to work with children. Her journey began in physical therapy, where she felt an inclination towards neuropediatrics and found immense fulfilment in helping young minds heal and grow.

The idea for Tickle Right, introduced by her husband and co-founder Pranay Dattani, instantly resonated with her. Today, Ms. Munira leads the curriculum development at Tickle Right and has impacted the lives of over 10,000 children.

Dedicated to the philosophy that learning never stops, she and Mr. Pranay regularly attend seminars and pursue new courses to stay ahead in brain science and child development. For Ms. Munira, the goal is clear-to spark a lifelong love of learning in every child, by setting the example herself.

As one of Tickle Right’s founding members, Ms. Anishi has been shaping the voice of the brand since day one. With a background in psychology and a natural instinct for what parents care about, she helps connect the dots between child development and parent engagement. Her work quietly supports the growing Tickle Right community-across cities, countries, and countless conversations.

Batul Topiwala

Head Trainer & Curriculum Developer

Batul spends her days doing what she loves most-designing playful, purposeful learning experiences for little ones. With a degree in psychology and a background in early education, she leads our curriculum and training with quiet dedication. Her work helps teachers bring out the best in every child, one thoughtful class at a time.
