Tickle Right FAQs
Overview & Core Philosophy
What is the core idea behind Tickle Right?
We believe every child is a genius; they just need the right exposure at the right time. That belief drives everything we do, with a focus on nurturing EQ alongside IQ through playful, hands-on sessions for children aged 6 months to 7 years (40-minute online or 50-minute in-person classes).
How does Tickle Right stand out from traditional programs?
Rather than focusing purely on memorizing facts, we nurture a genuine passion for learning. Our goal is to foster lifelong cognitive capabilities instead of short-term information retention.
Which key skills will my child develop?
Children enhance their memory capacity, focus, creative thinking, and self-confidence. We also cultivate empathy, language comprehension, attentive listening, and problem-solving abilities through interactive play rather than repetitive worksheets.
Age Eligibility & Readiness
What age group can join Tickle Right?
Our curriculum is specifically tailored for young learners aged 6 months to 7 years.
Is early childhood too early to begin?
Not at all, an earlier start offers the greatest benefit! A child’s brain exhibits peak receptivity to this type of development prior to age 7, making early exposure an ideal foundation.
Is 5 years old still within the right-brain development window?
Yes, absolutely. It’s not too late at all. While starting as early as possible helps maximize growth during this key developmental window, a 5-year-old still has valuable time to build strong foundations in memory, focus, and confidence. We do recommend enrolling before age 6.5, as that’s when this particular developmental window is most responsive so if your child is turning 5, this is still a great time to start.
About Tickle Right
What is Tickle Right?
Tickle Right is a fun, interactive, once-a-week program for children between 6 months and 6.5 years old. Sessions run for 40 minutes online or 50 minutes in-person, packed with games and activities designed to nurture your child’s brain development with parents right there in the room throughout.
What makes Tickle Right different from other kids' programs?
Most programs focus on teaching facts. We focus on helping your child fall in love with learning itself. Along the way, we build real skills your child will use for life, not just things to memorize and forget.
What skills will my child learn?
Your child will build sharper focus, more creativity, empathy, and stronger confidence, along with a sharper memory. We also nurture scientific curiosity, language, listening, and problem-solving all through play, not worksheets.
Is My Child the Right Age?
What age is Tickle Right for?
Tickle Right is designed for children from 6 months to 7 years old.
Isn't my child too young for this?
Not at all! In fact, younger is better. A child’s brain is most open to this kind of learning before age 7. Starting early gives your child the biggest head start.
My child is almost 6.5. Is it too late to start?
It’s not too late but sooner is always better. The younger your child starts, the more benefit they’ll get out of the program, since this developmental window narrows as kids grow older.
Our Classes
What programs does Tickle Right offer?
We offer both online and offline group classes for children aged 6 months to 7 years, conducted by trained instructors in small batches.
Should I choose online or offline classes?
Both work well; it really comes down to what fits your family. Offline classes give your child a hands-on, in-person experience at a centre near you. Online classes offer the same activities from the comfort of home.
How long and how often are classes?
Classes happen once a week. Each session is 40 minutes online or 50 minutes offline, packed with 20 to 25 quick, interactive activities designed in a play-based format.
What Happens in Class
What kind of activities do you do?
Every class is packed with brain development activities designed to feel like pure play flashcards, music, memory games, and hands-on exercises that build focus, memory, and creativity, all while your child simply thinks they’re having fun.
Why are the classes so fast-paced?
A young child’s brain can absorb information incredibly quickly much faster than we realize. Our fast-paced style is designed to match that natural speed, with a caring teacher guiding every step. It’s not about memorizing, it’s about giving your child’s brain lots of gentle, joyful exposure.
Is my child suitable for the program, even with special needs?
Yes. Tickle Right welcomes children of all needs and abilities. We keep our batches small with just 5 to 6 children per class so every child gets the attention they deserve.

Questions Parents Often Ask
Can I sit in during my child's classes?
Yes – in fact, this is one of the things that makes Tickle Right special. We believe in complete transparency, which is why parents attend every class alongside their child. You’re right there for each activity, seeing exactly how your child learns rather than hearing about it secondhand so you can continue the learning at home too.
Do I have to attend every class with my child?
Not at all. While we love having parents join in, it’s completely optional. Your child is welcome to attend on their own too whatever works best for your family.
What are the benefits of attending classes with my child?
Being there lets you see your child’s progress firsthand, bond over the activities, and easily continue the fun at home. Many parents also pick up simple techniques they can use with their child between classes.
How will I know my child is progressing?
We make sure our batch size does not exceed 6 kids so our trainers can give personalized attention to every child and are always happy to share how your little one is doing. Many parents also notice changes at home, better focus, memory, and confidence as early as a few months in.
How soon will I start seeing results?
Many parents notice small improvements in focus and memory within 6 to 8 months. The biggest, longest-lasting benefits like emotional confidence and a real love for learning build up over time.
